Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp of Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 tsp of Red Chili Powder
  • 6 Cloves
  • 6 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 inch piece Cinnamon
  • 0.5 inch of Ginger
  • 3 Cardamom
  • 500 grams Meat (lamb or goat)
  • 0.5 cup of Yogurt
  • 1 tsp of Coriander Seeds
  • As requried use Butter
  • 1 large Onion
  • 0.5 tsp of Cumin Seeds

Directions

1. Cut the meat into small cubes.

2. Grind all the ingredients from ginger to yogurt and marinate the meat in the mixture for about an hour.

3. Stick the meat onto skewers and grill on charcoal fired grill basting with butter and turning till done. This can also be done in a conventional oven.

4. Serve hot garnished with sliced onions.
